In a globalized market marked by deep changes in technology, where there are offerings galore giving rise to competition leaving room only for those capable of guaranteeing the customer with high value added to the service of development of one’s own performance, for more than two decades, Involys has opted to answer complex issues in areas where it has strong and double expertise, i.e. expertise in business lines and technological expertise. Our point of departure is constituted by identification and anticipation of the great interrogations of our customers and partners, such as: « How to make organization achieve a transition from policies based on resources to a policy based on results », « how to transform their assets from a source of expenditure to a lever of performance», « how the manage a real estate project and predict factors of high impact on results throughout the entire process from the investment package to marketing and the state of progress of the project», ... . The answers of many of these interrogations a priori appear to be placed somewhere in the future, but Involys can confirm today, as expressed by its numerous references, that the challenge has been taken up and the Integrated Software Packages (PGI) not only propose easy responses to the concerns for return on short term investment, but also open new horizons for strengthening the performance of our customers. Our investments are directed so that the Involys solutions can take advantage from their technological and conceptual advance and continue to stand out on the market via their integration and capacity to absorb the complexity of the processes and issues connected to the fields it manages. They are designed to join up with the manager language and be a source of orientation for decision-makers. They capitalize on nearly 25 years of expertise in the conceptualization and simplification of asset management and budgetary and expenditure management and real estate development. They provide the most pertinent indicators for evaluating performances. In the same direction and by getting the most out of advanced technologies, Involys participates in the transformation of the organization of business lines the management of which has implications in the field (energy, distribution, etc.). Therefore the mobile computer solutions offered by Involys make possible extensive interaction between central information system and data management on site. Fundamental choices for our strategy are at the base of such achievements and upon its creation in the 1980s Involys made its capitalization on the competencies of its human resources, its leading force. Involys targeted innovation and R&D, as a vector of development and positioning on the IT market. The budget devoted by Involys to R&D has been growing over the years in substantial form to work hand in hand with growth and enable us to continue to provide our customers with the highest performance solutions on the market. The great ambitions of Involys could not have been accessible without a financial strategy concomitant with the expected development. The performances that Involys reported in the past have made it possible to convince front running investors before reaching 2006 the stock market listing phase (Casablanca Stock Exchange) as the point of transition between the development plan for 2000-2006 and our new and even more ambitions strategic plan conducive to values for our customers as well as for our investors. Our ambition goes well beyond ordinary frontiers. We are resolutely looking toward to international activities, in particular in West Africa and the Middle East. The adoption of international standards by CMMi certification only strengthens even more this position. |
