Evaluation of the level of the deficit for the upkeep of assets (determination and classification of the asset elements according to their levels of deterioration compared to the levels corresponding to a normal life cycle). This evaluation is based on the basic knowledge data (asset model libraries)

Generation and management of maintenance budgets, maintenance replacement base on business knowledge and site inventories.  The budgets can be evaluated on a multi annual basis.
