INTEGRATED EXPENDITURE MANAGEMENT

VECTIS is a range of software packages dedicated to budgets and expenses.  A business solution the vocation of which is to actively and efficiently cover the needs of la integrated expenditure Management.
VECTIS ensures in an entirely integrated way all the management processes for budgets and expenditure, from the expression of needs to the closing out thereof while moving though the consolidation of requests, the preparation of devising the budget per order, per agreement or by calls for bids, follow-up of signing and performance of contracts (whatever the type), management of deliveries and reception, recording, payment of bills and progressive breakdowns, etc.
VECTIS is also compatible with GID standards. It allows generation of files according to the GID format (commitments, mandates, etc. with the possibility of editing various statements according to compatible regulatory models).

BUDGET PREPARATION

The preparation of budgets follows a whole process from devising the budgetary forecast up to their approval. This process integrates the expression of needs, consolidation, and the framework of the corresponding budgets.
The budgetary preparation module therefore integrates an approach based on simplicity and progressiveness.
The expression of needs can occur per project while associating thereto performance indicators. This can also be accomplished per product and the budgets are therefore calculated automatically on the basis of reference prices.
They must be expressed per budgetary categories or on the budget headings by making projections based on previous year and by taking into consideration a positive or negative rate of variation. This is to be in a position to follow the orientations set by the General Management.
The budgets assigned are broken down into budgetary headings, entities and cost centers.  Hence, the budget to be negotiated will be automatically edited.

Involys software uses Full Web technologies and adopts SAO (Service Oriented) architecture.  It exploits native ORACLE and SOL Server databases.  It is also open to other market SCBDRs via ODBC and Ole/DB connections.

A system of automatic saving and archiving data the periodicity of which is configurable completes the security systems of Involys solutions.
